Welcome to our apartment in Moraira on the Costa Blanca. A beautiful place to enjoy a wonderful holiday. A mild climate, healthy air and good atmosphere.

Our apartment La Luz is ground floor in the beautiful complex Jardines de Montemar. This beautiful complex is situated in a quiet, residential area, surrounded by rolling countryside with beautiful villas, green nature and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Moraira.
At the coast are several small bays with sand or pebble beaches. In these bays are everywhere cozy restaurants with terrace on the beach.
The supermarket with complete range is 2 km away.
Several beautiful golf courses nearby, Club de Golf Ifach of Moraira is just steps away.
Many small seaside resorts and beautiful hinterland of mountains, waterfalls and vineyards offers many options.

Our apartment La Luz offers 1 large bedroom with double bed. The bedroom has its own spacious fitted wardrobe. There is also a baby bed available on request. There is 1 bathroom with a wide walk-in shower, toilet and sink. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, extraction fan, microwave, electric oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A spacious living room with comfortable sitting area, with a double sofa bed, flat screen with chrome cast and a 6 person dining area. There is also a high chair on request.
For the summer and winter, integrated air-conditioning. The windows are fitted with electric shutters. A safe is available. Also free Wi-Fi.

The patio garden features a garden table, parasol, sun beds and grill facilities. A community swimming pool is located right on the patio with outdoor shower.
Jardines de Montemar has very well tended communal gardens with superb swimming pools and is fully fenced, secure and accessible via two electric entrance gates. There are 3 outdoor pools, including a children's pool, beautiful gardens, sunbathing meadows and wooden sun terrace, where you can relax in the sun after swimming.
In these gardens is a spa with heated swimming-pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Ideal for the winter's day.
Right next to the apartment you have a private parking. This is accessible via the electric gates.

High season: €800,-per week
Mid season: €700,-per week
Low season: €500,-per week

Mandatory final cleaning €75,-.
Towels and linen package €15,-per person (bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels and beach towel).
Deposit: €250,-(return within 2 weeks).
Bookings are in high season desirable from Saturday to Saturday.
Rent for longer term (e.g. Hibernate) is possible.

No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

Hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchenware, etc..
Pool
3 outdoor pools, including a children's pool. The complex has also a heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, a sauna. Free use of all these facilities!
Gardens

The wooden patio garden is for private use. Dining area, sun beds, umbrella and outdoor grill. You can use freely the community gardens. Sunbathing lawn.

SURROUNDINGS
Moraira was originally a fishing village on the Costa Blanca between the popular places Javea and Calpe . Moraira clearly kept its own character. High-rise hotels or other buildings you will not find here.

Moraira has an average of 320 sunny days per year what makes it a destination for the whole year, with the beautiful marina, many shops and restaurants.
In the winter it is nice and quiet in Moraira and in summer there is a cosy bustle without being too massive. The atmospheric terraces are always well occupied and also the shops and the weekly market on Friday morning are well visited.

The clean Moraira, has a beautiful promenade and 2 beautiful sandy beaches, one next to the centre and one in El Portet, which are ideal for swimming and water sports. Both of them have the coveted blue flag. All this together with a cosy relaxed atmosphere makes Moraira very lovely .
The port of Moraira, which is good to see on the way to El Portet, has still some old fishing vessels, pleasure yachts and other leisure boats. In the port is still the traditional fish auction "Lonja", which is visited by professional buyers and tourists from the whole environment.
For the sporty holiday makers is Moraira and surroundings a good location for different sports facilities. Such as diving, water sports, tennis, horse riding, squash, and on the road from Teulada to Moraira is a large go-kart track. Golf enthusiastics will appreciate the many excellent golf courses in the Costa Blanca.
The surrounding places Denia, Javea, Calpe, Benissa, Jalon and not to mention Altea are worth a visit. A beautiful village, on almost an hour drive away, Guadalest. To visit from the Castle you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area, especially on the what lower reservoir. Or the beautiful waterfalls of Algar, breathtaking. Great nature with mountains and valleys of almond trees and vineyards. Something for everyone. If you like mass tourism, crowded beaches, bustling shopping streets, then Benidorm is worth considering.
Moraira is located approximately in the middle between Alicante (75 km) and Valencia (100 km), whereby you can land in both places. At the airport you can rent a car and profitable in less than an hour drive at destination.
